Privacy Policy

How we handle your information at Ocoee Ziplines & Canopy Tour. Last updated July 20, 2026.

Ocoee Ziplines & Canopy Tour is part of the RaftOne family of Ocoee River adventures, and we take the privacy of our guests seriously. We tell you why we're asking for information before we ask for it, we don't collect or share your personal information without your consent, and we will never sell or trade your information to anyone.

Information we collect

Personal information

This is information you hand us on purpose, and it can identify you:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Group size, when you ask us about a group trip or a discount
  • Anything you write in a message to us
  • Age or weight, where we need it to apply the minimum age for rafting or the 50–250 lb weight range for the zipline
  • Payment information, when you book

We collect this in two places: the contact and discount forms on this website, and the booking process. All booking and payment information is handled by our booking platform, Rezgo — it does not live on this website.

Non-personal information

Like most websites, we also collect aggregate information about how people use the site: pages viewed, how long a visit lasts, browser and operating system, approximate location, and IP address. We don't use IP addresses to identify individuals. We use this to work out which pages are useful and which ones need fixing.

What we don't collect

  • Anything we don't need. We won't ask you for information unless there's a reason for it.
  • Sensitive personal information. We don't collect gender, marital status, political opinions, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, disability, or race.
  • Information from children. This website and our services aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Answer your questions and respond when you contact us
  • Take and manage your booking, and process payment for it
  • Put together group or combo pricing when you ask for it
  • Send you messages about a booking you've made (these aren't marketing)
  • Apply our safety requirements, like the rafting age minimum and the zipline weight range
  • Measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have already visited this site

Non-personal information is only used in aggregate, for statistics: understanding where our visitors come from and how they move through the site, so we can improve it.

When we share information

We may share personal information:

  • With our staff and the service providers we use to run the business and complete your booking (see the table below)
  • With RaftOne, when your trip includes rafting they operate
  • With legal authorities, where the law requires it
  • With a buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold, merged, or transferred — under the same terms set out here

Aggregated, non-personal data may be shared with partners and analytics providers. It can't be used to identify you.

Our advertising tools are the one place where information about your visit goes to a company we don't control: Google and Meta receive the pages you viewed here so they can measure our ads and show them to you again later. They handle that under their own privacy policies, and the opt-outs below stop it.

Services we rely on

These third parties can receive information because of something on this site:

ServiceWhat it does
Rezgo
Booking platform
Handles every booking and all payment information. Booking data is processed on Rezgo, not stored on this website.
Make
Form delivery
Carries submissions from our contact and discount forms to our inbox.
Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager)
Website analytics
Measures visits and page views so we can improve the site.
Google Ads
Advertising
Tells us which ads led to a booking, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited this site before.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
Advertising
Same idea on Facebook and Instagram: measures which ads work, and lets us show our ads to past visitors.
Google Maps
Maps on our directions and contact pages
Loads a map from Google when you open one of those pages.
YouTube
Video, where we use it
Our video player loads nothing from YouTube until you press play.

Each of these handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our analytics tools set cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. We also store one small setting in your own browser to remember that you've closed our discount popup, so it doesn't keep reappearing — that stays on your device and we never see it.

Advertising cookies. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies and identifiers so we can see which ads actually lead to bookings, and so we can show our ads to people who have already looked at this site. That's the reason you might see us on Facebook, Instagram, or around the web after visiting.

You can turn any of this off:

The site works exactly the same either way.

Your choices

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and we'll tell you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Tell us to stop contacting you

Call or email us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy
